This hotel is equal to 3 stars. The beds were really comfortable. Moreover, it had parking on site. Dined at La Ruota, it was not very far from the venue.

It's excellent place for sightseeing and exploring Munich. We liked having breakfast in the garden. Some rooms have a work desk and multi-channel television😃

Close vicinity, just 10 minutes on foot to Laimer Platz subway station, was a big plus. Stay in this hotel if you wish to explore theresienwiese.
